LE CLUB LACOSTE - GENERAL CONDITIONS
Lacoste USA Inc (hereafter "we”, “us”, “our” or “Lacoste”), company under American law, with its registered office at 136 Madison Avenue New York, NY 10012 United States has developed a loyalty program entitled "LE CLUB LACOSTE" (hereafter referred to as the "Loyalty program" or "LE CLUB LACOSTE"), designed to reward their customers who frequently make purchases at the Lacoste Stores, including outlets based in the Unites States (“USA”) and/or on the following e-commerce site: www.lacoste.com/us/.
LE CLUB LACOSTE loyalty program is in force in (hereafter the "Scope") all the Lacoste boutiques and all the Lacoste outlet stores, that sell Lacoste-Brand products, located in the United States (including Porto Rico) (together the “Lacoste Stores”), as well as on the ecommerce site: http://www.lacoste.com/us (hereafter the "Site").
A Lacoste boutique consists of a point of sale operating under the Lacoste trade name and exclusively intended for the sale of premium Lacoste-Brand products, to the exclusion of any others.
A Lacoste outlet consists of a point of sale operating under the Lacoste trade name and exclusively intended for the sale of second choice Lacoste-Brand products, to the exclusion of any others.
Are expressly excluded from the Scope:
- Multi-brand and Concession based in or outside the United States, and
- Lacoste Stores and websites outside the United States.
Any reference to “you”, “your” or “the Member” refers to you, as a member of LE CLUB LACOSTE.
These general conditions of LE CLUB LACOSTE (hereafter the “General Conditions”) govern this loyalty program and apply to you from the time you join LE CLUB LACOSTE.
Members join LE CLUB LACOSTE (hereafter "the Membership") at one of our Lacoste Stores (including boutiques and outlet stores), directly on the Site, or by calling our Customer Service.
To join directly at a Lacoste Store, simply ask the sales associate to join LE CLUB LACOSTE. Any customer or prospect account created in a Lacoste Store, will automatically join the Loyalty Program.
You may also join LE CLUB LACOSTE directly on the Site: www.lacoste.com/us/leclublacoste.html, via a compatible computer, tablet, or telephone:
- by clicking on My account and creating a personal account,
- by subscribing to the newsletter through the footer of the Site, you will automatically join the Loyalty Program, or
- by creating an account or subscribing to the newsletter during a purchase on the Site
You also have the possibility to join LE CLUB LACOSTE by calling our Customer Service : 800-452-2678 (Free of charge, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 11 pm EST, and Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 9 pm EST).
It being specified that any membership of LE CLUB LACOSTE is strictly free of charge and is not subject to any purchase obligation. On the opposite, in case you do not want to join LE CLUB LACOSTE, you can still make a purchase:
- in a Lacoste Store without providing an email address for the purchase, or
- on the Site by purchasing as a Guest without creating an Account and without subscribing to the newsletter.
When you join THE CLUB LACOSTE online or in store, some mandatory or optional information will be requested, as indicated hereafter:

- City

- Date of birth
- Mobile telephone number
You will only be able to fully benefit from the Loyalty program and the benefits it offers if you provide all the mandatory information.
You must also indicate whether you wish to receive communication relating to the Lacoste Brands, either by confirming this to the sales associate at the Lacoste Store, or directly and expressly agreeing to this in your Customer Account (such as this term is defined hereafter), after registration on the Site, or by subscribing to the newsletter through the footer of the Site
Your Membership is effective after it is registered by the sales associate at the Lacoste Store and after receiving the welcome email confirming your Membership, or when you confirm on the Site. A welcome email confirming your Membership and the activation of your Loyalty account (as defined hereafter) will be sent to you within forty-eight (48) hours of your registration, subject to the express condition that you have provided your correct email address.
Any customers who were already registered in our customer data base at the time of the loyalty program launch shall automatically become members of LE CLUB LACOSTE.
We will inform all concerned customers by email prior to launch. Those concerned who do not want to join the Loyalty program can request Customer Service to close their account through the contact form on the Site accessible at the address www.lacoste.com/us/contactus. The correct email address related to the account will need to be indicated.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that as this loyalty program is common to the Lacoste Stores and the Site, you will only be assigned a single, unique loyalty account, with your email address as the username (hereafter referred to as the "Loyalty account"), regardless of the location of your purchases in the United States.
You will be responsible for keeping your information up to date, by directly modifying this at your reference Lacoste Store (as defined hereafter in §5), directly on your Customer Account, or by submitting a request using the contact form available at the address www.lacoste.com/us/contactus. You guarantee the accuracy of all the information provided and you shall be solely responsible for any incorrect, incomplete or outdated information. Under no circumstances we shall be held liable in the event you fail to receive an offer or email due to outdated, incorrect or missing information.
LE CLUB LACOSTE is only offered to legal citizen over 16 years old. Legal citizen aged under 16 must obtain the prior authorization of their legal representative to join LE CLUB LACOSTE, and this one must accept these generals’ conditions.
Membership is strictly personal; only you may benefit from the benefits described below.
The use thereof by any third party is forbidden and cannot be accepted by any sales associate in the event it is presented at the register.
You can only hold one account prior to the launch of LE CLUB LACOSTE. To this end, and in the event an email address or a mobile telephone number are connected to several accounts, we are entitled to merge the aforementioned accounts into a single Loyalty account. Under these conditions, the change of your previous account into a Loyalty account, won’t be view as creating a new account and therefore, you won’t benefit from any Loyalties point, as specified in article 10.A.iii.
To enable us to optimize the management of your Loyalty account and to provide you with the best benefits, at the time of joining the program, you will be considered connected to the authorized point of sale at which you joined (hereafter the "reference Lacoste Store"), with the Site then expressly considered as a separate reference Lacoste Store.
You may modify your reference Lacoste Store at any time, directly on your Customer Account, as defined below, or by writing to the customer service department using the contact form available at the following address www.lacoste.com/us/contactus.
To access your personalized area (hereafter "the Customer Account") on the Site after joining at a Lacoste Store, you must activate this by creating the corresponding account on the Site. This can be done by entering the same email address you provided when joining, and creating a password, at the following internet address: www.lacoste.com/us/account
If you joined via the Site, you would have access to your personalized account (hereafter "the Customer Account") within twenty-four (24) hours of joining; this account shall be accessible via the following internet address: www.lacoste.com/us/account.
Once you have accessed the aforementioned website, and in order to access your Customer Account, you must provide the email address and password you provided when you joined.
Among other things, the Customer Account will allow you to do the following:
- access your Loyalty account,
- consult your loyalty status, points and progress,
- modify your personal information, as well as your reference Lacoste Store,
- be informed of the latest news regarding LE CLUB LACOSTE,
- subscribe or unsubscribe to the newsletter
- visualize and access your benefits
- earn additional loyalty points though Challenges displayed in your customer account (see article 11 below for more details)

The Customer Account is provided to you as is. In particular, we do not guarantee that the Customer Account shall be available and fully operational 24 hours a day, without interruptions. Access to the Customer Account may therefore be interrupted without notice in the event of technical problems or for maintenance reasons.
It is your responsibility to protect your computer, tablet, or telephone. We shall not be held liable for the damage that may be caused to your computer, tablet, or telephone, or any loss of data that may stem from your use of the Customer Account.
If you wish to become a member of the LE CLUB LACOSTE, Lacoste, data controller, implements the processing of personal information concerning you in order to manage its Loyalty program, and notably with managing your change of loyalty status and points, giving you access to certain benefits and challenges, processing commercial offers, sending you satisfaction surveys (where applicable), analyzing your use of your Loyalty account, and assisting with the maintenance of the Site management in order to improve the quality and effectiveness thereof. To do so, we may disclose your personal information to our service providers, that are bound by a contractual duty of confidentiality, as well as adherence to the laws in force regarding the protection of your personal information.
We are processing your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, that is accessible here: https://www.lacoste.com/us/privacy.html. This privacy protection policy is an integral part of these Generals Conditions. Thus, acceptance of the privacy policy is a necessary condition to be able to use the Loyalty Program.
We store your personal information in the United States and European Economic Area (“EEA”, namely the 27 member states of the European Union, as well as Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein). If we need to transfer and store your personal information in a location outside the United States or outside the EEA, this transfer will be carried out in accordance with the laws in force regarding personal data protection.
By communicating information at the time of joining or through your Customer Account, you guarantee that you are using your true identity and that all the information provided is true, accurate, up-to-date and complete at the time you provide us with this information. If you notice that one or more pieces of information provided are incorrect or are no longer valid, you must modify this either directly at the Lacoste Store, or in your Customer Account, or through the contact form at the address www.lacoste.com/us/contactus. Should you fail to do so, we shall not be held liable for the consequences that may result from this.
We hereby inform you that when you visit the Site as well as the Customer Account, we may save some small digital files known as "cookies" on your computer, telephone, or tablet, which will be saved by your browser on your hard drive, your tablet, or your telephone.
Cookies help us in different ways. We use cookies to enable us to better organize the Site or the information regarding our products and make this information more relevant to your interests or preferences. Cookies allow us to know who has visited which pages and adverts, to determine the visit frequency of certain pages, to determine the preferred areas of the Site and the Customer Account, and to direct the use of the Site in general.

LE CLUB LACOSTE sets out three 3 loyalty statuses (referred to as “Loyalty Statuses”, “Levels” or “Tiers”), namely:
- L.1 status (hereafter “LEVEL 1 status”),
- L.2 status (hereafter "LEVEL 2 status”),
- L.3 status (hereafter “LEVEL 3 status”).
LEVEL 1 status is obtained at the time of joining, while LEVEL 2 status, and LEVEL 3 status are only accessible if the required number of Loyalty points is reached (“Loyalty Point”).
A. How to earn Loyalty points
Loyalty points can be earned in two (2) ways:
- by making a Purchase in a Lacoste Store, on the Site or through a purchase processed by Customer Service. These Loyalty Points are also referred to as “Transaction Points”; and/or
- by completing a challenge. A “Challenge” is an interaction or engagement with the Lacoste brand other than a Purchase. These Loyalty points are also referred to as “Social Points” or “Engagement Points”.
i. General information
You will not receive any Loyalty points for challenged completed or purchases made prior to the Loyalty Program launch on September 22nd, 2021. As specified in article 4 above, the automatic change of your previous account into a Loyalty account at the launch date, won’t be view as creating a new account and therefore, you won’t benefit from any Loyalties point defined in article 10.A.iii.
You are free to consult your Loyalty points balance free of charge, directly in the Customer Account on the Site, by asking at a Lacoste Store, or by consulting your latest register receipt, which will indicate your points balance. You may also make a balance enquiry free of charge using the contact form: www.lacoste.com/us/contactus
All points are valid from twelve (12) months from the time they are added to the Loyalty account.
ii. Earning of Loyalty points through Purchases
You earn ten (10) Loyalty points per US dollars spent before taxes and excluding shipping costs and discounted amounts, spent at a Lacoste Store or on the Site or through a purchase processed by Customer Service, without distinction.
Regardless of your status, in order to earn loyalty points for purchases you must:
- in a Lacoste Store: indicate your email address and your name (as well as any other additional identification information, where applicable) at the register of the Lacoste Store, during each visit, and prior to paying for your purchases
- on the Site (www.lacoste.com/us):
o create your online Customer Account by indicating your email address and setting a password; or
o log in to your existing online Customer Account by indicating your email address and password, prior to making the payment for your purchase.
Loyalty points cannot be claimed afterwards, for example if during a purchase on the Site, you indicate your email address without indicating your password, you are not logged into your Customer Account and will thus not earn Loyalty points for that purchase; or in case you create a Customer Account after payment, from the order confirmation page, you will enter the Loyalty program, but you will not earn Loyalty points for that purchase made.
Transaction points earned on the Site, will have a pending status after payment and until 30 days after delivery of your order. After that, they will be confirmed as final points.
- For transactions processed by Customer Service: indicate your email address and your name (as well as any other additional identification information, where applicable) during a communication exchange with Customer Service and prior the payment process. Transaction points earned after a purchase with a payment processed by Customer Service, will have a pending status after payment and until 30 days after delivery of your order. After that, they will be confirmed as final points.
However, it will be possible to earn points for a purchase that has not been added to your Loyalty account in case of a system failure. A request to customer service can be made through the following contact form: www.lacoste.com/us/contactus, with it being specified that a scanned copy of the receipt or invoice, as well as your full name and email address must be provided in the email. Customer Service will confirm once your request has been acknowledged and you can see the points in your points balance on your Customer Account on the Site.
In case of an error made by Customer Service for wrongfully adding or removing Loyalty points to a customer’s loyalty account, we reserve the right to correct it by removing or adding the same number of Loyalty points. You will not be entitled to any compensation in this case.
On the other hand, in the event we issue a refund for your purchase, the number of Loyalty points corresponding to the refund will be deducted from your Loyalty point balance.
iii. Earning of Loyalty points by completing Challenges
Please bear in mind that you will not receive any Loyalty points for challenged completed or purchases made prior to the Loyalty Program launch on September 22nd, 2021. The automatic change of your previous account into a Loyalty account at the launch date won’t be view as creating a new account and therefore, you won’t benefit from any Loyalties point defined above.
The Challenges you are eligible for as well as the means of completion and number of points earned, will be communicated to you on your Customer Account on the Site, specifically on the Loyalty page or potentially through email.
The following Challenges will be available only once per member:
- Earn 100 points for entering the LE CLUB LACOSTE program in a Lacoste Store, or on the Site, or via Lacoste Customer Service.
- Earn 25 points for adding your birthday to your account.
- Earn 25 points for adding your mobile phone to your account.
- Earn 25 points for connecting your Google account to your existing Lacoste account, through your Customer Account on the Site, in the Profile & Preferences section.
- Earn 25 points for connecting your Facebook account to your existing Lacoste account, through your Customer Account on the Site, in the Profile & Preferences section.
- Earn 25 points for connecting your Twitter account to your existing Lacoste account, through your Customer Account on the Site, in the Profile & Preferences section.
Please note that points associated with each Challenge listed above will only be offered once per member.
We reserve the right to add, modify or remove Challenges at any point as well as change the number of points earned with a Challenge.
B. How to progress from LEVEL 1 to the other statuses?
Membership of LE CLUB LACOSTE grants you LEVEL 1 status. To progress to another status, you must earn a certain number of Loyalty points over a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, corresponding to the period of validity of the Loyalty points.
Therefore, to progress:
- to LEVEL 2, you must earn at least reach one thousand (1,000) Loyalty points over a period of twelve (12) consecutive months;
- to LEVEL 3, you must earn at least reach five thousand (5,000) Loyalty points over a period of twelve (12) consecutive months;
The threshold for the awarding of loyalty statuses is freely set by us, and we reserve the right to modify this at any time, at our sole discretion. In the event of modification, you will be informed of the new thresholds in force by any method we deem appropriate, including, but not limited to, by displays at Lacoste Stores or by the update of the General Conditions on the Site, and in the Customer Account.
C. How to be aware of change of status?
In the event of progression to a new status: the sales associate at the Lacoste Store will notify you and can inform you of the corresponding Lacoste benefits (cf. article 11). You will also receive a confirmation email regarding your change of status.
In the event you do not immediately receive your Lacoste benefits or in the event of progression following a purchase on the Site, you will receive a confirmation email regarding your change of status within twenty-four (24) hours of the progression to the new status, which will indicate what additional benefits you are eligible for and how to enjoy them in store or through your Customer Account. The Customer Account will also be updated.
The progression to a new status is valid for a fixed period of twelve (12) months upon achieving your new status. For this period, you will receive benefits specific to this status, as described hereafter.
To retain the status acquired, you must earn the minimum number of Loyalty points indicated above, each rolling year.
In addition, and in the event that you earn enough Loyalty points to access two loyalty statuses at the same time, you may accumulate all loyalty benefits, unless indicated otherwise such as in the case of the birthday offer. You are only eligible for 1 birthday offer per year.
In the event of regression to a previous status: if you do not earn the required number of points, at the end of the twelve (12) months upon achieving your new status, you will automatically return to Level 1 or the status that corresponds to the number of points earned during the previous twelve (12) months on that date, without the right to appeal this, and without any further information.
You can check your points balance and current loyalty status anytime on your Customer Account on the Site or by asking a salesperson in a Lacoste Store.
Progress to the different status will be possible again at any time, in the event you earn a sufficient number of Loyalty points over a rolling twelve (12)-month period, under the same conditions as set out above.
LE CLUB LACOSTE enables you to benefit from preferential offers, as described hereafter, based on your status. Lacoste Benefits may include gifts, discount offers on transactions as well as non-material benefits such as access to events or additional services (hereafter equally “Benefits”, “Rewards” or “Discount Offer”). We reserve the right to add, modify or remove the Benefits associated to each status at any time, please see article 18. Lacoste also reserves the right to add additional Benefits at any point, for which Lacoste defines the conditions of eligibility that may be based on Customer and Loyalty data such as Loyalty Status, a Loyalty points threshold, geographical conditions such as (but not exclusive to) the state, zip code or City of your billing or delivery addresses, your creation store or attachment store, and/or your Birthday information.
As for Discount Offers, we reserve the right to change the percentage or amount of discount as well as its eligibility and application conditions and validity duration at any time without prior notice, by updating the present General Conditions.
Gifts associated to a status may also be changed at Lacoste’s discretion, please see article 18.
A. LEVEL 1
LEVEL 1 gives you access to the following benefits:
- Early access/ exclusive access to (some items of) certain collections, capsules or collaborations on the Site: you will during limited time frames benefit from different special commercial offers implemented on the Site. You will be informed of these commercial operations by any method we deem suitable and appropriate (including, but not limited to: by email, displays at Lacoste Stores and Outlets or on the Site, letter, SMS, etc.). We can define at any point to what collections, capsules or collaborations you may enjoy early access prior to customers that are not a Member of the Loyalty program, or exclusive access to specific items.
- Loyal Shopper Bonus (also called “Repurchase Offer”): after joining the Loyalty program, you become eligible for a 15% Loyal Shopper Bonus after your first purchase in site or Store. It has a validity period of 365 days or until you utilize it whichever occurs first. You may apply this discount on any of your next purchases within the indicated time frame and independent of your Status. This offer is only available in your first year of joining LE CLUB LACOSTE. Lacoste reserves the right to change the percentage or amount of discount as well as its eligibility and application conditions and validity duration at any time without prior notice, by updating the present terms & conditions. Offer is not combinable with other discounts and promotions.
- Paperless Returns & Exchanges – by creating an account with Le Club Lacoste, all purchases that are tied to your account are recorded in the Lacoste order management system. Lacoste is able to facilitate paperless exchanges by looking up transaction in customer’s profile, as long as the exchanged items comply with our return policy (please refer to our FAQ, section “Returns and Refunds”). Lacoste is able to facilitate paperless returns to the original form of payment as long as the customer presents the credit card used at the time of the return and returned items comply with our return policy (please refer to our FAQ, section “Returns and Refunds”).
B. LEVEL 2 (Members that have earned more than one thousand (1,000) Loyalty points over a period of twelve (12) months)
In addition to the benefits to which you are entitled under LEVEL 1, LEVEL 2 entitles you to the following benefits:
- Birthday offer: on your birthday you will receive an email containing a discount of fifteen percent (15%). The Birthday Offer is valid fourteen (14) days prior to your birthday date and forty-five (45) days after your birthday date and can be used at a Lacoste Store or on the Site (excluding sale or discounted items and excluding delivery fees); this voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or sale and does not require any minimum purchase.
Please note that the Birthday offer is:
- reserved for Members that provided their date of birth;
- reserved for Members that provided their email address ;
- valid for 14 days prior to your birthday date and for 45 days after your birthday; after this, the offer shall expire;
- For the first (1) year of entering the Loyalty program, you cannot be eligible for the Birthday offer in the first 14 days after your account creation;
- For a same birthday year, you cannot be eligible for more than 1 Birthday offer.
- Personal Shopping Appointments – members may book appointments with their local boutiques to receive personalized, dedicated attention and style advice in person. Appointments may or may not be available outside of regular store hours and are subject to the schedule and staffing availability of each individual location. Appointment booking does not guarantee that the store will be closed to the general public at the time of the appointment. Experience is not available at Outlets.
C. LEVEL 3 (Members that have earned at least five thousand (5,000) Loyalty points over a period of twelve (12) months)
In addition to the benefits to which you are entitled under LEVEL 2, LEVEL 3 entitles you to the following benefits:
- One free Lacoste Loyalty gift with purchase: you are eligible for Lacoste Loyalty gift, with it hereby specified that you may only claim one Lacoste Loyalty gift per twelve (12)-month period. In case the Member abstains from receiving this gift, unfortunately no other gift is available. Gift is available for free with any Lacoste purchase.
- Birthday offer: on your birthday you will receive an email containing a discount of twenty percent (20%). The Birthday Offer is valid fourteen (14) days prior to your birthday and forty-five (45) days after your birthday and can be used at a Lacoste Store or on the Site (excluding sale or discounted items and excluding delivery fees); this voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or sale and does not require any minimum purchase.
Please not that the Birthday offer is:
- reserved for Members that provided their date of birth;
- reserved for Members that provided their email address
- reserved for Members that have not benefited from a birthday offer during the previous twelve (12) months;
- valid from 14 days prior to your birthday date, to 45 days after your birthday date; after this, the offer shall expire;
- For the first year of entering the Loyalty program, you cannot be eligible for the birthday offer in the first 14 days after your account creation;
- For a same birthday year, you cannot be eligible for more than 1 birthday offer.
- Replace the birthday offer associated to the LEVEL 2.
- Loyalty Gratis, AKA One free Lacoste Product: After earning 20,000 loyalty points (the equivalent of $2000 spend) you are eligible for a free Lacoste product with purchase of another Lacoste product with it hereby specified that you may only claim one Lacoste product per twelve (12)-month period. The exact product, style and color of the product available are to be determined by Lacoste and subject to availability. If the eligible style and color are not available in a given location, the offer may be redeemed via an online order. Benefit is not currently available in Women’s and Children’s styles.
Once the conditions that entitle the member to a Lacoste gift are fulfilled, you will be informed of this directly by your sales associate at the Lacoste Store when you pay at the register, or at the time of validation of the points on the Site, or by email; the gift shall be available to you under the following conditions.
A Lacoste gift shall only be provided to you in the event the following conditions are fulfilled:
- you must have earned the sufficient number of Loyalty points to enable you to access a new status over a period of twelve (12) months;
- you must not have received the Lacoste gift relating to the same status within the last twelve (12) months.
To collect your Lacoste gift, you must directly visit a Lacoste Stores or your Customer Account on the Site. You may order and collect your Lacoste gift at any time throughout the year following the acquisition of your new Status. After this, your right to obtain a Lacoste gift will expire and you may not then claim any right to this and may not claim any compensation.
Regardless of the gift obtained in accordance with the terms and conditions provided for above in articles 11, 12 and 13 of the General Conditions, it may only be returned within fifteen (15) days of receipt, in its original condition and packaging, at the Lacoste Store where it was collected and solely in the following cases:
- non-compliance with regard to the information provided by you at the time of the order;
- delivery of a defective product.
In these cases, and in the six (6) weeks following your return of the defective gift, we will replace it with another item of the same Benefit, directly at your Lacoste Store or by contacting the customer service department through the contact form available at the following address: www.lacoste.com/us/contactus. Make sure to include your name, email address as well as the receipt of the initial purchase.
For any case other than those mentioned above, we hereby specify that the gift cannot be replaced under any circumstances.
In addition, and in all cases, the Lacoste gifts are never eligible for refund.
In the event that a Lacoste gift is out of stock, we undertake to replace it as soon as possible with a product of the same nature and/or the same value, based on the status reached.
In the event of a return in which Loyalty discounts were used:
- In case of a partial return of a purchase made with a Loyalty Discount Offer on Site or in a Lacoste Store: you cannot claim restitution of eligibility to said Loyalty Discount Offer.
- In case of a full return of a purchase made with a Loyalty Discount Offer on the Site: your Loyalty Discount Offer will be automatically available again, in the days following the processing of your return. Please check your Customer Account on the Site. If this does not happen as expected, you can contact customer service though the following form: www.lacoste.com/us/contactus to request to restitute eligibility to the Loyalty Discount Offer. Make sure to include your name, email address as well as the invoice of the initial transaction.
- In case of a full return of a purchase made with a Loyalty Discount Offer in a Lacoste Store, you will not be automatically eligible again for said Loyalty Discount Offer. You can contact customer service through the following form www.lacoste.com/us/contactus to request to restitute eligibility to the Loyalty Discount Offer. Make sure to include your name, email address as well as the invoice of the initial transaction.
In the event that Customer Service mistakenly restored eligibility for a Loyalty Discount Offer or Gift, we reserve the right to cancel this eligibility restitution. You cannot claim any compensation for this.
We deny any liability regarding any harm, death, delay, injury or losses stemming from or in direct relation with the services, bonuses or benefits provided or not provided in the context of LE CLUB LACOSTE, to the exclusion of the losses and damages stemming from negligence committed by Lacoste, or provoked by this party with the intention to cause the aforementioned damage, or stemming from careless actions committed knowing that this would probably result in damage.
LE CLUB LACOSTE is a program aimed at providing benefits for Members based on the purchases they make at the Lacoste Store or on the Site and assumes that the Member respects the General Conditions and adopts loyal behavior with regard to Lacoste, respectful of the Lacoste Brands.
In addition:
(i) any breach of the General Conditions;
(ii) any fraudulent use of the LE CLUB LACOSTE Loyalty program by the Member or by any third party acting on behalf of the Member;
(iii) any action that intends to disrupt the Loyalty program, the Site or any Lacoste Store;
(iv) any abnormally high number of transactions carried out in the same day or over several days;
(v) in the event of a payment incident that is not resolved within thirty (30) days of the purchase date; shall result in the lawful cancellation of all Loyalty points, as well as the deactivation and the deletion of the loyalty account without compensation of any kind.
We reserve the right to carry out verifications of adherence to the General Conditions at any time.

We reserve the right to modify or eliminate LE CLUB LACOSTE (conditions of membership, benefits linked to the Loyalty account, methods of earning points, etc.) and/or the conditions of use of the Loyalty account, at any time. In the event of termination of LE CLUB LACOSTE, we will allow you the possibility to use the points accumulated for a period of one (1) month of informing you of this, by any method we deem appropriate. If you fail to use these points, the loyalty benefits shall be definitively lost.

Should either party fail to take action pursuant to the General Conditions, this does not constitute a waiver of the right to take action, unless this is expressly set out in writing.
These General Conditions are solely available in English.
These General Conditions apply from June 19th, 2024, and shall automatically replace any former General Conditions previously in force, without you having the right to take action in this respect.
Membership of LE CLUB LACOSTE implies full acceptance of the General Conditions, without reservations. The General Conditions may be consulted or obtained upon simple request at the Lacoste Stores, on the Site, or via the contact form on the site www.lacoste.com/us/contactus.
The General Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of New York. If any of the stipulations of these General Conditions is deemed invalid, void, or inapplicable for any reason, this stipulation shall be considered as divisible from the rest of the General Conditions and shall not affect the validity and applicability of the other stipulations of the General Conditions.
