More than a collection, an innovative experience
Six iconic pieces. Created by everyone.
From cut to color, the UNDW3 community contributed step by step to the creation of each piece. At the heart of the creation? The decision behind the design. To bring this collective project to life, community members and the Lacoste creative team exchanged ideas live on Discord for over a month. Sharing ideas, discussions, questions, votes... all brought the Factory Drop collection to life. And the innovation doesn't stop there.

Digital Pass and augmented reality
With over 5,000 co-created pieces, the Factory Drop collection is also a digital experience. Each piece is accompanied by a Digital Pass that authenticates it and provides all product information.
Taking the innovation further? By scanning the barcode printed on the product, you'll discover an immersive augmented reality experience that transports you to your virtual environment where the crocodile comes to life.

The pieces in the Factory Drop collection were imagined and created by the UNDW3 community and Lacoste designers. Creative and unique, they reflect the know-how of the crocodile and the infinite imagination of the brand's enthusiasts.

UNDW3 Factory: an interactive creative space
An avid innovator and long-time friend of René Lacoste, Henri de Gayettes has, since February 2023, breathed new life into the UNDW3 community by creating the UNDW3 Factory, a unique co-creation space dedicated to UNDW3 Card holders. How does it work? Just like the Factory Drop collection, members - accompanied by experts and artists - are invited to create physical and digital content in three departments: the Fashion Department, the Content Department and the Virtual World Department.
