Sport, a powerful tool for inclusion
Screened during the 'Positive Cinema Week' at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival and available on Eurosport, this powerful documentary takes viewers into the lives of those who, across the globe, are reinventing sport to inspire young people, support local communities, and promote social cohesion.
Gol de Letra
Among the many initiatives highlighted in the film, the Brazilian NGO 'Gol de Letra,' supported by the Lacoste Foundation for fifteen years, is in the spotlight. Founded by former footballer Rai, this organisation provides 700 young people from the favelas of Rio and São Paulo with access to sporting and cultural activities each year.
