Avellano, winner of the 2023 Pierre Bergé Prize
Worth 100,000 euros, the ""Pierre Bergé"" prize will be awarded in 2023 to Arthur Avellano for his Avellano brand. Catherine Spindler will help the young designer structure his brand, offering him privileged advice in terms of digital and commercial strategy.
Catherine Spindler: "Avellano stands out for its unique sense of creativity and innovation. Through its expertise in new, natural materials, it combines comfort with the reinterpretation of strong silhouettes. Faithful to Lacoste's values of creativity and know-how transmission, I am pleased and honored to support Avellano in the development of his French brand and its international influence. I would also like to extend my warmest congratulations to all the finalists, who contribute to the full richness of our creative youth."

The ANDAM Fashion Awards
Founded in 1989, ANDAM's mission is to identify emerging talents in contemporary design and, through five awards, provide them with the means to flourish. Each year, with the help of prestigious sponsors, the ANDAM Fashion Awards offers financial and logistical support to fashion designers chosen after a selection process that spans several months.
I'm delighted that Lacoste is renewing and strengthening the ties it has forged with ANDAM since 2019, by becoming a mentor to the Prix Pierre Bergé winner," says Catherine Spindler. Because Lacoste is, of course, particularly attached to the development of contemporary creativity.
