What are the key delivery updates to receive orders?
Standard home delivery is 5,70CHF, free for orders over 100CHF and will take 3-4 working days.
Home delivery will be contactless. Beforehand, you will receive a unique code to be communicated to the delivery person in order to certify that the parcel has been received.
Delivery is also possible at specific pick up points authorised for opening under the new restrictions.
Can I make a return to one of your stores?
Our stores will assist you with your online return. Please refer to our store locator to check opening and closing of your local store.
Can I still order using Click & Collect?
We have temporarily removed the option to collect your items in our boutiques. We will update you as soon as we are able to offer this service again.
How can I redeem my loyalty gift?
Your welcome gift and birthday gifts will only be redeemable in store at one of our boutiques which are open. Loyalty gifts are temporarily unavailable online. We apologise for any inconvenience and will update soon.
