Who are they?
Who are they?
Left, right, left, right... their heads turn from one side of the court to the other to the rhythm of the players' backhands and forehands. Focused, always sitting in good seats, the Roland-Garros Fans never miss a tournament. Parisian or from around the world, famous or anonymous, they stand out through their style that pays tribute to this iconic venue as well as to their love for the game: the Lacoste style.

Crocodile Dress code
Crocodile Dress code
Forever chic, the Roland-Garros Fans contrasts with a clay surface that leaves its mark. Lacoste is their uniform, a sign they belong to a passionate tennis community. At Roland-Garros, the Crocodile is everywhere you look.
The dress code is clearcut: hat, sunglasses, polo shirts, shirts, chinos and pleated dresses. In the purest tennis tradition - but also in Paris - the Roland-Garros Fans wear only timeless classics and flood the stadium with the greatest of tributes: it was to welcome René Lacoste and his fellow players in 1928 that the stadium was erected. It is where some of his greatest victories were won. And Lacoste is, since 1971, official partner of the tournament.

90 years of style at the French Open
90 years of style at the French Open
Controversy on the clay! At the beginning of the 20th century, two French tennis champions began a rebellion: goodbye to the matches played in suits and ties or long skirts and corsages, René Lacoste and Suzanne Lenglen took to the court in new, much more comfortable outfits. And the whole world would follow...
Lacoste's relationship with the French Open is not just a historic partnership, it's also a long story of absolutely legendary style. From players to spectators, from referees to staff and ball boys, the history of fashion meets the history of tennis, embroidered with the crocodile.
To mark the brand's 90th anniversary, the 2023 French Open will host "Le Pressing", an ultra-colourful pop-up store featuring a unique exhibition... but that's not all. Iconic outfits worn by the greatest Lacoste players as well as fans and staff, a special Lacoste "90th anniversary" collection, exclusive previews of the Lacoste X Sporty & Rich collaboration, tickets to matches... Roland-Garros Fans - and everyone else - have a new rendez-vous: the exceptional Lacoste pop-up store at the heart of the venue.
